As a major land developer with well-established roots in the Waterloo Region over the last 30 years, the planning stages of many local communities and neighborhoods have been influenced by them. The longer work was carried out in, and investment was made in, their growing region, the more interest was sparked in taking a step further in how these communities were being built and in helping the people who live and work in these neighborhoods.
